The scooter came exactly as advertised, brand new. It was easy to unpack and assemble quickly. It comes apart into pieces that are not heavy and fit easily in the back of my SUV with room to spare. The 5 stars is maybe premature since we have barely used it but it seems to do exactly what we expected.
